Breath is the most accessible and powerful tool we have to calm our nervous system, change our mood and improve our health for the better. In just a few minutes a day, we can move to a feeling of safety and ease, lower our heart rate, improve digestion, and increase our energy levels.

Breath can also help heal stuck emotions and shift our mindset, and rewire hard-etched patterns and stories.

I came to breathwork through meditation and then visualization. After a year or so of practicing, I realized how powerful it can be.

I recognized that no matter what I was feeling, no matter how stressed, exhausted, overwhelmed, frustrated, distracted I felt, there was a breathwork practice for me.

A practice that could instantly change how I felt in the moment. And then what I thought, and ultimately how I responded. Especially to my little ones.

Once I realized this power, I wanted to bring breathwork to other mamas. So, here we are. I hope you love these practices as much as I do!
